Share not teach
Captain give me a suggestion that is to use sharing not teaching in my next presentation.
Why
Why do I want to use teach style?
Cause I assume the listener is wrong. I’m higher than the listeners.
Cause the customer told me, the listeners were wrong, so they need a class to correct them.
So, the class be designed from a judger perspective. And the judger perspective means god perspective, which means pride.
So, I will change the perspective from judger to storyteller. just tell my experience and feeling.
How
Aware of the perspective, Am I a judger or a storyteller.
From “I have an opinion”.
TO “I have an experience”.
e.g. the ideas of the presentation:
I create a framework for team leading.
The first is motivation which is from “wants me to do” to “I want to do”.
The second is seeing the information clearly.
The third is taking care of the emotion of team members.
For every point, I have abstract theories and specific cases.
